General Conditions
Arrival	from 16.00 until 20.00

Departure	until 11.00

Minimum Stay	1 night in double room.

The price includes	Breakfast buffet, wine tasting, welcome drink, bottle of wine+water and fresh fruits in the room, bed linen, bath linen, electricity, water, gas, use of the swimming pool, parking, children up to 3 years (in parent's bed or in cot).

The price doesn't include	Half board (3 course dinner EUR 35/person, children from 4-14 years EUR 15; until 4 years free), extra bed incl. breakfast buffet (EUR 50/day; for children 4-14 years EUR 40/day;), small pets (EUR 10/day).

Booking	30% at the moment of the booking or credit card as booking guarantee.

Cancellation	For cancellation of the reservation after 30 days before arrival date will be charged the following amounts: 100% of the total booking amount in case of cancellation between 0 and 3 days before the arrival date, 70% of the total booking amount if cancellation takes place between 4 and 6 days, 50% of the total booking amount if the cancellation takes place between 7 and 29 days.

Credit Cards

Note	For 3rd pers. 25% discount, 4th pers. 40% discount, 5th pers. 50% discount, 6th pers. 55% discount on price list. Children from 4 up to 14 years will get a further 10 Euro discount per day. For minimum stays of 7 nights, we will give you one free 4course-dinner (excl drinks) at our restaurant and a voucher of 50 Euro for our wine shop. For stays from 10 days one there will be also one night free! Guests arriving before 4 p.m. there is the possibility to leave their baggage at the reception. Whereas for those guests arriving after 8 p.m. the keys will be deposited.
