Pool Opening: 27 April until 19 October

General Conditions
Arrival	from 17.00 until 19.00

Departure	until 9.30

Minimum Stay	1 week, from Saturday, to Saturday

The price includes	Electricity, gas, water, bed linen and towels, bathrobe, final cleaning, use of garden, barbecue, swimming pool with whirlpool, garage for 2 cars.

The price doesn't include	Air conditioning and heating are calculated on consumption.

Booking	In order to confirm the booking, is required a 30% down payment through bank transfer. The balance has to be paid on the arrival or 3 weeks before arrival date or on the arrival through credit card.

Cancellation	In case of cancellation of the reservation, the down payment can't be paid back.

Deposit	€ 500 to deposit at the moment of arrival. They will be given back before departure, after having checked the state of the house.
