COOKING COURSES AT ORGANIC FARM

The Bed & Breakfast Casa Montecucco is situated in Maremma Tuscany, about 15 km from the seaside (Castiglione della Pescaia). There are 5 charming rooms available, each with private bathroom and equipped with each necessary modern comfort (stereo, satellite-TV, electric kettle ecc.) and all with an enchanting panoramic view over the countryside. Part of the B&B is also the organic farming. Alissa, the owner uses those products to prepare her deliscous Tuscan dishes. The organic farm "Il Cerreto" is situated in a marvellous landscape with view over the near Volterra. Beneath the production of organic farm products like pasta, cereals, vegetables, fodder, wine, olive oil, honey, vegetable sauces, jams, fruit juices etc. the farm offers also farmholidays.
Some of the apartments have been recently restored, employing biological building techniques. Within the kitchen of the farm restaurant are taking place serveral times a year the Vegetarian cooking courses...

COOKING COURSES

Borgo Iesolana is situated in the Chianti Area of the Province of Arezzo not far from the most important towns of historical and cultural interest in Tuscany.
The farm, which produces Chianti wine and cold pressed olive oil is lying within the olive groves and vineyards. There are 8 tastefully furnished apartments available, equipped with all mods and cons.

Villa Il Poggiale is situated outside of San Casciano in the heart of the Chianti Classico, near Florence. The Renaissance villa, has been completely restored, to offer hospitality and a special atmosphere. 
The villa disposes of 21 luxurous rooms and suites as well as 2 apartments. 
Underneath the villa, between olive groves, with nice views over the Chianti hills, the swimming pool. Upon request it is possible to attend cooking classes of the Tuscan cuisine or other Italian regions.

Villa Maria in Fronzano is situated about 400 m above sea level in a beautiful hilly position near Reggello about 28 km south east from Florence in Tuscany. The villa, built as country house in the beginning of the 19th century is surrounded by woods and olive groves, right above the small village S. Donato in Fronzano. From the windows, the terraces as well as from the pool, there is a marvellous view over the Valley of the river Arno until reaching the Chianti hills.

SCULPTURE COURSES

Borgo Santinovo is a medieval hamlet, once a nunnery, situated in the upland of the Chianti hills in the Elsa Valley, only 4 km from Colle Val d'Elsa and 16 km from San Gimignano away. 
The whole property, including two main buildings and two annexes, is composed of 11 holiday apartments with swimming pool, maintaining the architectural charm of a medieval convent with staggered roofs, arcades, terraces, thick stone walls and inside vaulted ceilings, wooden beams and terracotta floors. 
Upon request it is possible to take part in sculpture courses.

COOKING COURSES

Podere Il Poggiolo is situated south Florence. The farm is composed of 3 charming apartments, swimming pool and lounge for product tastings or cooking courses. During the week it is possible to take part in daily cooking courses with different subjects. The course takes place in the afternoon, from 4.30 pm until 7.30 pm (3 hours lesson) and at 8.30 p.m. dinner will start (course participants will eat their prepared meals). During the lesson, guests will get the recipes, an apron and the historiography of the day. There will be one break during the lesson with wine tasting and a small aperitif.
Price for lesson and dinner: EUR 50 per person (drinks are not included)

Price for dinner without taking part in the lesson: EUR 20 per person (drinks are not included)
For family members or other travel companions that only want to take part in the dinner.
