TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARRIVAL From 3 until 8 p.m. DEPARTURE until 10 a.m. PRICE INCLUDES Electricity, gas, water, bed linen and towels with weekly change (only for stays that are longer than 1 week), swimming pool (only during summer), final cleaning, children's games, stone oven, parking. THE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE Heating (€ 15/day). BOOKING In order to confirm the booking, is required a 20% down payment to be paid through postal order or bank transfer. CANCELLATION In case that the booking is cancelled until 90 days before the arrival date, the down payment will be paid back.
