BOOKING CONDITIONS - AGRITURISMO ESCAIA :
Arrival	From 15.00 until 20.00 o'clock
Departure	Until 10.00 o'clock
Minimum Stay	In peak season only weekly stays are possible, from Saturday to Saturday. In low and mid season also short stays are possible.
The price includes	Electricity, gas, water, bed linen and towels with weekly change (only for stays that are longer than 1 week), swimming pool (only during summer), final cleaning, children's games, stone oven, parking.
The price doesn't include	Heating (€ 15/day).
Booking	In order to confirm the booking, is required a 20% down payment to be paid through postal order or bank transfer.
Cancellation	In case that the booking is cancelled until 90 days before the arrival date, the down payment will be paid back.
Deposit	€ 100 to be deposited at the moment of arrival in cash form.
