Apartment: Taxes and services, water, electricity, gas, first bed linen and towel change, use of bike (1 per apartment), use of the swimming pool, of the garden and the vegetable garden.
B&B: Taxes and services, water, electricity, gas, rich breakfast with typical, local products, daily cleaning of room and bathroom, towel change (half week), complete bed linen and towel change for stays that are longer than 1 week is on Saturday, bike use (1 per apt.), pool use, use of the garden and the vegetable garden. |

Apartment: Extra bed and towel change (€ 8/person), final cleaning (€ 35), dinner (€ 25/pers., 10% discount for children).

| Booking |
At the moment of reservation is required a 30% down payment of the total of the stay through postal order or bank transfer. The balance has to be paid at the moment of arrival by cash. |

| Cancellation |
In case of cancellation of the reservation, the 30% down payment won't be paid back. |

| NOTE |
Activities for children from 6 to 12 years during the afternoon (from 4 to 7 pm). The weekly price is € 150 for every child (minimum 5 children). The price includes insurance, snacks, teaching material. Please note that if you book with the breakfast or better to say the breakfast basket that the basket is completely filled with fresh, local products (milk, coffee powder, bread etc.) but itis not prepared. The guests have to prepare breakfast by themselves and can have it in their kitchen or on the terrace. |
