1. From Florence

Take the motorway A1, exit at Firenze-Certosa and from there take the Superstrada towards Siena. Afterwards exit at Poggibonsi Nord and follow the road signs to S. Gimignano. When you arrive in San Gimignano go towards the center and at the Piazzale Martiri Montemaggio (right in front of the Porta San Giovanni with a petrol station on the left-hand side) and from there into the direction of the parking "Parcheggio 3". 

By Walking
In case that you don't have much luggage it is possible to park there. The guests of Fattoria Guicciardini will have a discount. On the other side of the road there are stairs that lead up to a small city gate (Porta San Jacopo). From there one follows the road and turns the next right. After a view meters one reaches the Piazza Sant'Agostino.

By Car
If you do prefer to arrive directly at the Fattoria by car to unload the car, continue on this road and after a view hundred meters you turn right through the city gate Porta delle Fonti. Follow this road (Via delle Fonti) and at the end turn left and then right again into the Via delle Romite. After only a view meters you reach the  Piazza Sant'Agostino. On the left-hand side of the square one can already see the wine-shop of the Fattoria Guicciardini. Just left, near the shop, there is the entrance of the hall of the Casa-Vacanze Fattoria Guicciardini.

2. From Siena

Take the highway Superstrada Firenze-Siena towards Florence and exit at Poggibonsi Sud. Then follow the road signs to S. Gimignano. When you arrive in San Gimignano go towards the center and at the Piazzale Martiri Montemaggio (right in front of the Porta San Giovanni with a petrol station on the left-hand side) and from there into the direction of the parking "Parcheggio 3".

3. From Pisa

Take the highway Superstrada SS1 Firenze-Pisa-Livorno (FI-PI-LI) into the direction of Richtung Florence.

The more accessable way:
Then at Firenze-Signa, go on the motorway Autostrada A1 towards Rome and after a view minutes take the exit Firenze Certosa. The panoramic road:
After a quarter of an hour, take the 2nd exit of Pontedera. From there take the road towards Volterra. When you've reached Volterra, follow the signs to Siena, Poggibonsi. After about 15 minutes you reach Castel S. Gimignano. After having passed the village, turn left to S. Gimignano. When you arrive in San Gimignano go towards the center and at the Piazzale Martiri Montemaggio (right in front of the Porta San Giovanni with a petrol station on the left-hand side) and from there into the direction of the parking "Parcheggio 3".
