BOOKING CONDITIONS - RELAIS LA CAPPUCCINA :
Arrival From 14.00 until 21.00 o'clock
Departure Until 10.00 o'clock
Minimum Stay 1 night
The price includes Overnight stay and rich buffet breakfast, use of the swimming pool in the park (8x15 m), children from 0 to 4 years (in cot).
The price doesn't include

Half board (EUR 35/person per day, drinks exlcuded), wellness centre (EUR 20/person per day, including use of the inside and heated swimming pool, sauna, Turkish bath, pool kit), garage (EUR 20/day), children 4 to 12 years (50% discount), adults (over 13 years: 30% discount), transfer service.
Booking

In order to book definitely, it is necessary to send credit card information or a down payment (bank transfer/postal transfer) as confirmation of the booking. The balance has to be paid at check-out by credit card or cash.
Cancellation If the reservation is cancelled in writing at least 7 days before the arrival date, no penalty has to be paid. If the reservation is cancelled between 7 and 5 days before the arrival date, 1 night stay will be charged. If the cancellation is cancelled between 5 and 3 days before teh arrival date, the price of 2 nights will be charged (or the total amount if the stay is less than 2 nights). If the reservation is cancelled in less than 3 days before the arrival date or in case of no show, the whole amount of the stay will be charged.
