Hotel Marinetta is situated in Tuscany, in the seaside resort Marina di Bibbona, along the Etruscan Coast, the so called Costa degli Etruschi. This stretch of coast, starting only a few kilometres north of Livorno and extending southwards until reaching Follonica, is called because of its numerous Etruscan necropolises Etruscan coast. This area is a marvellous coastal landscape, composed both of rocky parts and of long sandy beaches. The hinterland alternates between dense pine forests and macchia wood, turning then into the typical hilly Tuscan landscape, covered with cypresses, vines and olive trees.

Hotel Marinetta is situated within a park of 3 ha size. At the guest's disposal there are 120 elegant rooms, placed within two buildings. All the rooms are tastefully and in the same style furnished. All have their own terrace and are equipped with all mod cons (air conditioning, mini-bar, safe, hairdryer, LCD satellite TV). From some of the rooms it is possible to enjoy a panoramic view over the sea and the beach with the pine forest in front of it. 

Within the well-kept Mediterranean park there are two swimming pools, sun terrace, pool-bar with delicious snacks. The restaurants are situated right beside the pool area and propose a traditional local menu and a typical Tuscan menu. Guests will have a great choice of well selected Tuscan wines.
The Restaurant Anfora di Baratti proposes breakfast, lunch and dinner with rich buffet, whereas the restaurant Ombra della Sera with meals à la carte and its exlusive ambience, is upon reservation.

There are a lot of services which make your holiday complete, such as outside bar, a huge terrace in the green of the park, two swimming pools, children's playground, miniclub for children during the summer months, evening shows, meeting hall, parking. The brand-new Marinetta Wellness Centre will make your holiday even more pleasant. There you'll find a whirlpool, emotional showers, bio sauna, calidarium, tepidarium, specific body treatments, herb tea bar, solarium and fitness area.

Part of the hotel is also a private beach, to be reached through the pine forest. On the white sandy beach, there are beach umbrellas, deckchairs and sun beds to enjoy the warm sun and the fresh sea breeze. The crystal clear sea invites for swimming or pedalo. With the bikes of Hotel Marinetta, the guests can discover the surroundings. There are also maps with several routes available. Those who bring their own bike with them, can store them in the storage. The 6 km long pine forest that connects Marina di Bibbona with Marina di Cecina is ideal for jogging, biking or walking. In the whole area there are several nature parks with routes. 

The mild climate allows any type of outside sport during the whole year. Therefore, many professionals, especially professional cyclists, use this area for winter training. Hotel Marinetta is the ideal place for business conferences and meetings, weddings and festivities of any type. The restaurant creates for these occasions personalized menus. In the surroundings, it is worth visiting the village Bolgheri famous for the kilometer long alley, framed with cypresses and the red Sassicaia wine. Furthermore, there are characteristic villages within the hills like Sassetta or the medieval village Castagneto Carducci. 

Volterra, the mecca of the alabaster stone, Livorno the city of the Venetian canals, Pisa and the leaning tower and San Gimignano with the medieval towers are reachable within less than one hour by car. Siena, Lucca and Florence can be also reached easily. 
In the evening are inviting near seaside resorts like Castiglioncello or San Vincenzo for romantic walks on the promenade. During the day it is worth visiting Populonia, situated directly above the Gulf of Baratti. Here it is possible to combine swimming and Etruscan culture. From the seaports of Livorno and Piombino one can take the ferries to reach the Island of Elba.
