| The price includes |
VAT 10%, parking, use of the swimming pool, electricity, water, gas, bed linen and towels (in case of stays that are longer than 1 week with weekly change). |

Pets EUR 20, baby sitter (EUR 6/h), domestic help, final cleaning (Apt. A EUR 50; Apt. B EUR 70), heating (EUR 5/day), breakfast (EUR 5/day). |

| Booking |
At the moment of the booking has to be paid a 30% down payment through bank transfer. The balance has to be paid at the moment of arrival in cash form. |

| Cancellation |
If the cancellation of the reservation takes place before 51 days before check-in 30% of the total will be forfeited; between 50 and 31 days before check-in 50% of the total booking amount is required; between 30 and 11 days before check-in 70% of the total booking amount is required; between 10 and 0 days before check-in and in case of no show 100% is required. |
