Final cleaning, use of the washing machine, iron, vacuum cleaner, pool, parking, electricity, water, gas for cooking, towels and bed linen, cot. |

| The price doesn't include |
Extra Cleaning (40 Euro), bike rental (7 Euro), heating (1 Euro/hour), extra final cleaning for animals (20 Euro). |

| Booking |
After the receipt of the booking confirmation the holidaymaker has to pay to "Agriturismo Il Fondaccio" a down payment of 30% as confirmation of the reservation through bank draft. After the receipt of the down payment, the holidaymaker will receive the location voucher to be shown at the moment of arrival. The settlement has to be paid at the moment of the handing over of the key. |

| NOTE |
It is possible to bring your pet with you, also if big. We recommend in this case to rent one of the apartments on the first floor ("Libeccio" and "Tramonto"), because they have a terrace where the dog can stay alone. |
