Agriturismo Il Gheppio, about 9 km from the sea of the Etruscan Riviera and about 1 km from the village Guardistallo with bar, grocery, restaurant etc.
Gheppio means kestrel and the farm was named after this bird, because it has been often seen here. In the midst between the farm olive groves, there are situated 5 farm buildings: one, the former farmhouse, today called villa, where until a few years ago the owners lived.
In an extension in stone behind the "villa", are situated two apartments, each with private entrance and with terraces situated each on one side of the house.

A few metres above the farmhouse, another small building in stone, with 2 apartments that, upon request can become one.
The other three cottage, once used as farm storerooms are situated a bit further down the hill. Each cottage is composed of two apartments. There are two 2-roomed (Cardellino, Pettirosso) and four 3 roomed (Sassicaia, Belvedere, Capannino, Gelsomino) available, that are all equally furnished. Each unit has a own entrance and terrace in front of the apartment. These apartments are brand-new and therefore equipped with SAT TV, dishwasher, hairdryer in the bathroom.
