| The price includes |
VAT, use of the swimming pool (from May until September), electricity, water, gas (excl. for the heating), parking for 1 car, kitchenware. |

| The price doesn't include |
Heating (Type A: EUR 100/week, Type B+C: EUR 70/week), satellite TV (EUR 30/week), compulsory final cleaning to be paid on the spot (Type A: EUR 70, Type B: EUR 60, Type C: EUR 50) and the holidaymaker has to leave clean the cooking corner, bed and bath linen (EUR 14/pers.), mountain bike rental (€ 25/week). |

| Booking |
30% down payment of the total amount through postal order or bank transfer. The payment of the balance has to be made at the moment of arrival in cash form. |

| Cancellation |
The down payment will be paid back in case that the holidaymaker cancels the reservation before 60 days before the arrival date. |

| Deposit |
EUR 150 to be deposited at the moment of arrival in cash form. |

| NOTE |
Credit cards are not accepted. In the pool it is compulsory for the guests to wear a bathing-cap. |
