Included in the apartment rent are bed linen and towels, consumption (water, electricity, gas, heating), cot for small children if available (to be requested at the moment of booking), use of the pool and mountain bikes. |

| The price doesn't include |
Camping bed (€ 3/day; € 20/week), extra bed (€ 80/week),dog in the apartment (€ 5/day; € 30/week). Not included in the apartment rent is everything that has not been mentioned above. For short stays with breakfast, children until 3 years (in cot) are free, from 3 to 6 years, 50% off, from 6 to 12 years, 30% off. |

30% down payment of the total booking amount through bank transfer. |

| Cancellation |
The cancellation of the reservation provides the following penalties:
30% of the total if the cancellation takes place between 45 and 30 before the arrival date.
50% of the total if the cancellation takes place between 29 and 15 before the arrival date.
80% of the total if the cancellation takes place within 14 days before the arrival date. |
