BOOKING CONDITIONS - PODERE IL POGGIOLO :
Arrival	From 16.00 until o'clock

Departure	Until 10.00 o'clock

Minimum Stay

The price includes	Bed linen and towels with weekly change, water, gas, electricity and heating (from November 1 until April 30) and final cleaning.

The price doesn't include	Upon request it is possible to add an extra bed, cot or a high chair. Extra bed or cot (euro 6/day), use of the sofa bed (euro 10/day), use of single bed or cot (6 Euro/day), breakfast buffet with typical products (€ 6/pers.; € 4/child), dinner (€ 18/pers.; € 9/child).

Booking	30% down payment at the moment of the booking through bank transfer (without any bank transfer costs for the benificiary) or through postal order. The remaining should be paid at the arrival.

Cancellation	In case of cancellation of the reservation until 60 days before the arrival, 80% of the down payment will be paid back
