BOOKING CONDITIONS - AGRITURISMO IL RATTOPPO :
Arrival	From 14.00 until 19.00 o'clock
Departure	Until 10.00 o'clock
Minimum Stay	During the seasons C and D only weekly stays (from Saturday to Satuday) accepted. During the other periods it is possible to stay also less than one week, but with a minimum stay of 3 days for a rate of € 250.
The price includes	elettricity, water, gas, wood for the fireplace, use of the washing-machine and swimming pool, weekly cleaning, satellite TV, DVD.
The price doesn't include	heating, extra bed 50 Euro/day.
Booking	30% down payment at the moment of the booking. The balance should be paid on the arrival.
Cancellation	In case of cancellation of the booking, the down payment won't be paid back.
Deposit
NOTE	Pets are allowed only upon request.
