Apartments

Agriturismo Il Tramonto is situated in Maremma Tuscany, about 3 km from the beach connecting the yacht harbour of Puntone with Follonica. The farm, whose main activity is the extravirgin olive oil production, has 6 brand-new, tastefully furnished holiday apartments available. The apartments are equipped with all mods and cons like air conditioning, satellite TV, safe and well-fitted out kitchens (italian espresso-maker, coffee machine, wine and grappa glasses, 4 flames gas stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, small freezer). In front of the apartment's entrance there is a porch with table and 6 chairs for outside eating, with view over the garden with pool and the landscape underneath.

There are two apartment types available:

 Apartment Type 1 (4+2 Pers.)

• spacious living/dining area with sofa bed and satellite TV

• small kitchen

• double room

• bedroom with bunk bed

• bathroom with shower

 Apartment Type 2 (4+2 Pers.)

• spacious living area with kitchenette, dining table, sofa bed and satellite TV

• double room

• bedroom with 2 single beds (on request can be put together)

• bathroom with shower
