Heating/air conditioning (EUR 1,-/hour), use of the washing machine (tokens € 4,00/token, washing powder), extra cleaning (€ 40), extra bed linen and towels (€ 10/pers.), extra bed (€ 50/week or € 10/day, including bed linen and towels), dogs (€ 20/week; € 5/day), mountain bike (€ 14/day). |

| Booking |
30% down payment through bank transfer, postal order. Balance (70%) at the moment of arrival in cash form or with credit card. |

| Cancellation |
In case of cancellation of the reservation, the down payment won't be paid back. |

€ 150 per apartment, to be deposited in cash form at the moment of arrival. |

| NOTE |
Dogs only on request. The holidaymaker has to leave before the departure clean and tidy and has to remove the garbage, otherwise will be charged an extra of EUR 20. |
