Apartments

The farm Agriturismo Incrociata is situated in the midst of the triangle between Florence - Siena - Arezzo in Tuscany. Because of the nearly isolated position, this is the ideal place for those longing for a holiday within nature.
In this area it is possible to start from the farmhouse for long walks in the nature.  Agriturismo Incrociata is composed of a farmhouse dating back to the middle of the 19th century, entirely built in stone, as well as of a small and more recent building, "La Capanna", in front of the main house. There are 6 apartments in the farmhouse and one apartment within "La Capanna".

The apartments combine the sober country style (stone, terracotta ceilings with chestnut wood beams, wrought iron) with modern comfort (independent heating, TV, kitchen with kitchenette, bathroom with shower). Every apartment has its own outside sitting space equipped with table and chairs.
Around the two houses there are about 1000 sq.m. of lawn with swimming pool (15 x 7 m, open from May until September), a swing and table tennis as well as banks with tables under the age-old oak trees.

CAPANNA (4 + 2 pers., 55m²)

"La Capanna" is a small, independent building in front of the farmhouse. The small cottage has satellite TV and a safe. It is composed as follows:

• private outside area with a vine pergola surrounded by meadows

• spacious kitchen with dining table

• living room with fireplace and sofa bed for two people

• double room

• bedroom with twin beds

• bathroom with shower

CANTINA (3 pers., 50 m²)

Is situated on the ground floor of the farmhouse, in the edge near the pool. "La Cantina" is composed as follows:

• veranda

• living/dining area with small kitchenette

• double room

• small bedroom with twin beds

• bathroom with shower

GREPPIA (4 pers., 56 m²)

Is subdivided over two floors and is composed as follows:

Ground floor

• living/dining area

• kitchenette

First Floor

• double room

• bedroom with twin beds

• bathroom with shower

ARCO (4 pers., 62 m²)
 
The apartment is situated on the ground floor and is composed as follows:

• living/dining room with kitchenette and sofa bed for 2 persone

GRANAIO (2 pers., 45 m²)

The apartment "Il Granaio" is situated on the first floor and is composed as follows:

• living/dining room with kitchenette and sofa bed for two people

COLOMBAIO (4 pers., 75 m²)
