BOOKING CONDITIONS - AGRITURISMO INCROCIATA :
Arrival	From 15.00 until 19.00 o'clock

Departure	Until 10.00 o'clock

Minimum Stay	The minimum period for rentals is 1 week, from Saturday to Saturday.

The price includes	Linen, water, gas for cooking, electricity, parking, final cleaning, heating.

The price doesn't include

Booking	At the moment of the booking is requested a 20% down payment through bank transfer (all bank expenses and commissions are charged to the client.). The balance has to be paid on the arrival by cash.

Cancellation	For cancellation up to 30 days before arrival the deposit can be used for a different reservation, depending on availability. Any later than this, the deposit will not be refundable.

NOTE	If you plan to arrive at a different time, please make arrangements with the management.
