Apartments

The farmhouse La Ca' Solare is composed of the main building, where also the owners live and 2 holiday apartments (Lampone and Fragola) each for 4 people, as well as of two charming cottages called Primula and Margherita, each for 2-4 people. The apartments are tastefully furnished, in part with antiques and equipped with every comfort (completely equipped kitchen, bed and bath linen).
As the apartments Lampone and Fragola are communicating through the "Jolly" room, it is possible to add this room to one of the apartments, as every bedroom has its own bathroom. All apartments have their own terrace or outside space. Furthermore there is a lounge for common use in the main building.



Fragola (80 m², 4 Pers.)
The apartment has a surface of 80  m² and can be accessed from an outside staircase. "La Fragola" is composed as follows:

• spacious living room with sofa and fireplace, kitchenette and dining area, as well as a small balcony in front of the entrance, from where it is possible to enjoy an enchanting view over the Tuscan hills until reaching Volterra

• 2 double rooms

• 2 bathrooms (one for each room)

Trifoglio (100 m², 6 Pers.)
Il Trifoglio is composed of the apartment Fragola together wiht the room "Jolly". The apartment is composed as follows:

• spacious living room with sofa and fireplace, kitchenette and dining area, as well as a small balcony in front of the entrance, from where it is possible to enjoy an enchanting view over the Tuscan hills until reaching Volterra

• 3 double rooms

• 3 bathrooms (one for each room)

Lampone (70 m², 4 Pers.)
Il Lampone has a surface of about 70 m², to be accessed from an outside staircase. The apartment is composed as follows:

• living room with sofa and wood burning stove

• small independent kitchen

• 2 double rooms

• 2 bathrooms (one for each room)

• garden in front of the house with view over the peach trees

Menta (45 m², 2)
Menta is the apartment "Lampone" without the room "Jolly", with a total surface of about 45 m², that can be accessed from an outside staircase. The apartment is composed of:

• living room with sofa and wood burning stove

• small independent kitchen

• double room

• bathroom

• garden in front of the house with view over the
  peach trees

Margherita (43 m², 2 Pers.)
Charming one-storey cottage, once a stable, tastefully furnished is composed as follows:

• living room with sofa and dining area with completely equipped kitchenette

• double room

• small single room for 1 child

• bathroom

• spacious terrace in the midst of the green with
  a beautiful view over the Tuscan countryside

Primula (45 m², 2 Pers.)
Small and very charming cottage with a huge window, is composed as follows:

Ground floor

• living area with 2 sofas

• over 2 steps, one enters in the cosy dining/kitchen area
