Water, gas, electricity (without use of particular appliances such as ventilators or air conditioners brought by the guests), bed linen, towels, fruit of the season picked from the fruit trees of the farm. |

| The price doesn't include |
wine, olive oil, honey, use of the washing machine and the telephone, heating in the winter (upon consumption; in every apartment there is a meter), apartment cleaning Euro 30. |

| Booking |
For a definite booking, a down payment of 30% of the total should be made. The remaining amount should be paid at the moment of the arrival.

| Cancellation |
In case of cancellation of the reservation, the down payment won't be paid back. |
