Apartments

Borgo La Cerbaiola is lying in the hills, a few kilometers far from the villages Pomarance and Larderello, in the Province of Pisa  in Tuscany.
It is an antique hilltop village that has been partly restored and can offer different holiday solutions: from the independent villa with swimming pool to holiday apartments with pool. All apartments dispose of an outside space; those lying on the upper floors will have one in the courtyard in front.

La Vecchia Stalla (4 pers.)

Independent house, subdivided over two floors with huge garden and terrace equipped with table and chairs. Nice panorama over the Nature Reserve Berignone and Volterra. The house is equipped with TV, of which one satellite, dishwasher, washing machine, kitchen with electric oven as well as heated, exlusive pool. La Vecchia stalla is composed of:

Ground Floor

• living room with fireplace

• spacious kitchen/dining rooms

• bath with shower

First Floor

• two bedrooms, of which one with two single beds from where one accesses the double room

• bath with shower
   

Casa Joie (2+2 pers.)
Disposed over one floor, completely independent from other buildings, with outside space in front of the entrance. Casa Joie is composed as follows:

• bath with shower

• outside sitting space

Volterra (4+2 Pers.)
The apartment with private courtyard is composed of 83 sq.m. with satellite TV, dishwasher, fireplace:

Firenze (2+2 pers.)

Lucca - San Gimignano - Livorno (2+2 pers.)
The three nearly identical apartments have each a surface of approximately 50 sq.m., equipped with satellite TV, dishwasher, fireplace. They are located on the first floor and have their outside space in the courtyard in front of the staircase. Each apartment is composed as follows:

Il Fienile
Charming 1-roomed flat on the first floor, once used as barn. The apartment has been skillfully renovated, combining pleasantly farmhouse structure with modern furniture. It is composed as follows:
