Apartments

The main and the minor building have both a spacious well-kept garden with olive trees and hundreds of years old pine trees. 
From the garden there is the access to the swimming pool (8 x 16 m) and sun terrace.
The annex is composed of three apartments named: Cala di Volpe, Cala Etrusca and Cala di Forno.

Cala di Volpe (65 sq.m, 4+2 beds)
The apartment is situated on the ground floor and is equipped with: washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven, refrigerator and satellite tv. The floors are in Tuscan terracotta. Cala di Volpe is composed of: 

• a spacious hall (with double sofa bed)

• kitchenette from where you can access directly on the terrace (20 sq.m)

• double room

• twin room

• bathroom with shower and hair dryer  

Cala Etrusca (75 sq.m, 4+2 beds)
The apartment is situated on the ground floor and is equipped with: washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven, refrigerator and satellite tv. The floors are in Tuscan terracotta. Cala Etrusca is composed of:

• a spacious hall (with double sofa bed) from where you can access directly on the terracce (20 sq.m)

• bathroom with shower and hair dryer 

Cala di Forno (65 sq.m, 4+2 beds)
The apartment is situated on the ground floor and is equipped with: washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven, refrigerator and satellite tv. The floors are in Tuscan terracotta. From the apartment there is no sea view. Cala di Forno is composed of:  

• a spacious hall (with double sofa bed) 

• kitchenette from where you can access directly on the terracce (20 sq.m)

• double room

• twin room

• bathroom with shower and hair dryer
