| Booking |
For a definite reservation we ask a 30% of advanced payment of the total through bank transfer. Afterwards Podere La Collacchia will send you through e-mail a voucher as confirmation, which you should show on the arrival. The balance (70%) should be paid at the moment of arrival. |

| Cancellation |
If the cancellation is made until 60 days before the arrival date, the down payment (30%) will kept. If the cancellation of the reservation takes place after 60 days before the arrival, the holidaymaker has to pay the whole amount of the booking. |

| Deposit |
€ 150 to be deposited in cash form at the moment of arrival. The deposit will be returned at the moment of departure after a complete check of the apartments, deducing from the amount possible costs (final cleaning, heating, damages). |
