From Florence

Highway and statal roads
1. Leave the motorway A1 at Firenze-Certosa and take then the highway Superstrada Siena-Firenze towards Siena and exit at Siena Sud. 

2. Take the statal road SS2 Cassia in order to reach Buonconvento/San Quirico d'Orcia.

3. From San Quirico d'Orcia continue for Pienza and after a few minutes turn left towards Trequanda and Castelmuzio.

4. After about ca. 7 km you will reach Castelmuzio; pass through the village towards Montisi and only a few hundred metres after the last buildings you will see on the right-hand side Centro Turistico La Moscadella.

THE ALTERNATIVE 
Motorway and statal Roads
1. It is also possible instead of exiting at Siena Sud to exit from the A1 at Valdichiana (also will indicate Siena, Bettolle). After passing through the toll plaza, turn left onto the main road.

2. About 1/2 a mile up you will come to the main intersection of Bettolle. Take a right following signs for Sinalunga.

3. Follow that road all the way, passing "Guazzino". Arrived at a roundabout follow straight on for about 50 meters and make a left (indication for Torrita di Siena, Amorosa...).

4. At the next intersection take a left Follow that road out of the town and follow the first indication for Trequanda at right. Follow that road uphill, pass Trequanda following toward Montisi. Pass under Montisi and take a left to Castelmuzio (yellow sign). After a few minutes, you will see on the right-hand side Centro Turistico La Moscadella.

From Rome
1. Take the Motorway A1 towards Florence.

2. Stay on the A1 until you reach the exit for Val di Chiana (also will indicate Siena, Bettolle). After passing through the toll plaza, turn left onto the main road.

3. About 1/2 a mile up you will come to the main intersection of Bettolle. Take a right following signs for Sinalunga.
