BOOKING CONDITIONS - RESIDENCE LA VENECCA :
Arrival From 16.00 until 19.00 o'clock
Departure Until 10.00 o'clock
Minimum Stay 1 night during all seasons, except from 27 July until 2 September with a minimum stay of 7 days (Sat.-Sat.).
The price includes Breakfast buffet, water, electricity, air conditioning, heating, bed linen, towels, swimming pool, parking, final cleaning and VAT (10%).
The price doesn't include

Extra bed (€ 30/day), cot (€ 10/day), small pets (€ 7.50/day). Guests staying 7 or more days will get the 4th day a towel change. Those guests staying 2 weeks or more will get a bed linen change and apartment cleaning.
Booking

30% down payment through postal order or bank transfer. The balance has to be paid before the departure.
Cancellation The holidaymaker cancelling the reservation until 5 days before the arrival date will get back 20% of the down payment. If the reservation is cancelled later, the down payment won't be paid back.
