| Booking |
25% of the total at the reservation through bank transfer or credit card. The balance of 75% should be paid on the arrival date. |

| Cancellation |
If the Tenant cancels all or any part of the booking, the Owner is entitled to the following percentage of the rental cost: a. before 60 days the arrival date: 35% of total rent is due. b. within 59-30 days before the arrival date: 55% of total rent is due. c. within 29-0 days before the arrival date: 75% of total rent is due. d. No show: 75% of total rent is due. |
