The use of the apartment with domestic appliances, water, gas, electricity, bed-linen and towels, heating, swimmingpool, deckchair and lake for fishing (fishing equipments not included), final cleaning. |

| The price doesn't include |
Extra bed (€ 15/day), farm products, fishing equipment (we do not rent this equipment). Guided Wine Tours with the owner, passionate wine expert: information upon request. |

| Booking |
Please note that at the moment of your reservation we require an advanced payment of 30% of the entire amount of the stay. Payment will be done by credit card. If you do not have this possibility, contact us for more information about other payment forms. |

| Cancellation |
If the guest fails to arrive and he communicates the failure to arrive AT LEAST 60 days before the staying, the cancellation fee of 30% of the entire amount will be applied.
If the guest fails to arrive and he communicates the failure to arrive AT LEAST 30 days before the staying, the cancellation fee of 50% of the entire amount will be applied.
If the guest fails to arrive and he communicates the failure to arrive within the two weeks before the staying, the cancellation fee will be 70% of the entire amount. If the guest fails to arrive, and does not communicate in advance via fax or e-mail or phone the failure to arrive, a full charge (100%) will be applied. |

| NOTE |
The above indicated departure time is valid for the peak season in summer. Children (0-3 years free)! From 1 April until 30 October it is possibile to book breakfast (€ 7 p.p., kids until 12 zears free. For peak season (July and August as well as during bank holidays during spring time it is also possible to book half board (breakfast and dinner). Also those guests who did not book half board, it is possible to book only dinner (€ 25 p.p. for adults and 50% discount for kids between 4 and 12 years). |
