Apartments

The small hamlet Le Mascie is composed  of a farmhouse, a small adjacent building and the "ex-granary". There are 8 holiday apartments available, tastefully furnished with great care in every single detail and in the choice of materials. Mainly typical Tuscan materials were used such as terracotta tiles or stone that, together with the prescious fabrics, create a unique and warm atmosphere. The apartments have been called after song birds. 4 of the apartments, "la capinera" (engl. blackcap), "il pettirosso" (engl. redbreast), "il codirosso"(engl. redstart), "l'usignolo" (engl. nightingale), are situated in the farmhouse and are disposed over two floors. 

Three apartments,  "il cardellino" (engl. goldfinch), "il batticoda" (engl. wagtail), "il fringuello" (engl. finch), are in the ex-granary in front of the farmhouse. One apartment, "il merlo" (engl. blackbird) is situated in a small annexe, next to the main building. Every apartment is equipped with every modern comfort such as central heating, dishwasher, oven, fridge with freezer, TV sat, vacuum cleaner and other household appliances (toaster, electric coffee machine, crystal wine glasses etc.).

All apartments give space for at least 4 to 6 people in double rooms or twin bedrooms, two bathrooms and a terrace equipped with table and chairs for outside eating.

IL CODIROSSO (72 m², 4+2 Pers.)
The apartment is subdivided over two floors in the main building:
Ground Floor

• entrance/living room with sofa bed for two people

• small kitchen

• storeroom

First Floor

• double room with bathroom/shower and a built-in wardrobe

• twin bedroom

• bathroom with shower

In front of the house, with direct access from the living-/dining room, there is the covered veranda with view over the pool and the ex-granery.

LA CAPINERA (96 m², 6+2 Pers.)
The apartment is subdivided over two floors  in the main building:
Ground Floor

• entrance/living room with sofa bed for two people

• dining room with kitchenette

• small twin bedroom

First Floor

• double room

• twin bedroom

• two bathrooms, one with shower, the other with shower and tub

In front of the house, with direct access from the living room there is the covered terrace with table and chairs.

L'USIGNOLO (93 m², 4+2 Pers.)
The apartment is subdivided over two levels in the main building:
Ground Floor

• entrance, living room with fireplace

• spacious kitchen with dining area

• bedroom with two beds, built-in wardrobe and bathroom with shower

First Floor

• roomy gallery with two beds

• double room

• bathroom with tub/shower

In front of the house, with direct access from the kitchen, there is the covered veranda equipped with table and chairs, from where one enjoys a beautiful view over the swimming pool and the ex-granary.

IL MERLO (77 m², 4+2 Pers.)
The apartment is situated in the annex, near to the swimming pool and is subdivided just over one floor (ground floor):

• living room with fireplace, sofa bed for two people and dining area

• kitchen

• double room with built-in wardrobe and bathroom with shower

• twin bedroom with built-in wardrobe

• bathroom with shower

From the living room it is possible to access on the covered veranda with table and chairs for outside dining. Beautiful view over the swimming pool and the countryside.

IL BATTICODA (77 m², 4+2 Pers.)
The apartment is situated in the ex-granary, right in front of the main building and disposed over two levels:

Ground Floor

• dining room and kitchen with fireplace

• bathroom with shower

• storeroom

First Floor

• bathroom with shower

• twin bedroom

In the garden in front of the house, there is a private pergola equipped with table and chairs for outside dining.

IL FRINGUELLO (69 m², 6+2 Pers.)
The apartment is situated in the ex-granary in front of the main building and is disposed on one single floor (ground floor):

• living room with sofa bed for two people, fireplace, dining area and kitchenette

• double room with bathroom/tub and built-in wardrobe

• twin bedroom

• bathroom with shower

Directly in front of the apartment with direct acces from the living room, there is the covered veranda, completely equipped with table and chairs.
 

IL CARDELLINO (65 m², 4+2 Pers.)
The apartment is situated in the ex-granary in front of the main building and is disposed on one single floor (ground floor):

Directly in front of the apartment with direct acces from the living room, there is the covered veranda, completely equipped with table and chairs.

The apartment is situated on the first floor of the main house:

• double room with bathroom/shower and built-in wardrobe

• 2 twin bedrooms

• bathroom with tub

On the ground floor, in front of the entrance, there is the private, covered veranda, equipped with table and chairs for outside eating.
