| Minimum Stay |
The minimum rental period generally is from Saturday to Saturday. Upon request and according to the availability, also shorter stays (e.g. weekend stays) are possible. The rental prices are per week, according to the season on the price list. |

| The price includes |
Included in the apartment rent are bed linen and towels (towel, guest towel, bath towel for each guest), bath towel for the pool with weekly change and water consumption. |

| The price doesn't include |
Not included in the apartment rent are electricity (€ 0.30 per unit) and gas for heating (€ 4.00 per unit); furthermore the final cleaning of the apartment has to be paid by the holidaymaker (€ 15 per person with a minimum of € 60 for the apartments for 4-6 people and € 90 for the apartments for 6-8 people). This amount does not include the cleaning of the kitchen/kitchenette and the removal of garbage that should be made by the holidaymaker. |

| Booking |
After the receipt of the booking confirmation the holidaymaker has to pay to "Le Mascie" a down payment of 35% as confirmation of the reservation and communicating the credit card type, number and the expiry date of the credit card. After the receipt of the described above, the holidaymaker will receive the location voucher to be shown at the moment of arrival. The settlement has to be paid at the moment of the handing over of the key. |

| Cancellation |
The cancellation of the reservation provides the following penalties: until 60 days from the beginning of the location the payment of 35% of the total amount of the reservation. Between 30 and 60 days from the beginning of the location the payment of 50% of the total amount of the reservation. Between 29 and 7 days from the beginning of the location, the payment of 90% of the total amount of the reservation. In case of cancellation from the 6th until the day of beginning of the location or "no show", the total amount of the reservation (100%) has to be paid. In case of cancellation of the reservation, "Le Mascie " is authorized to charge the customer's credit card according to the above mentioned percentages as cancellation penalty. |

| Deposit |
The holidaymaker has to pay at the moment of the handing over of the key the sum of € 300 by cash as security deposit.
This deposit will be returned at the moment of departure of the holidaymaker, deducting the additional expenses or possible damages caused. |

| NOTE |
Any modification of the arrival day or arrival hour should be communicated and approved by "Le Mascie". In case of delay on the arrival day, the holidaymaker has to show the location voucher as well as a valid passport or identity card to the staff of "Le Mascie" for the registration of the guests as provided by the Italian law. |
