BOOKING CONDITIONS - LE TORRI Arrival: From 15.00 until 19.00o'clock Departure: Until 9.00o'clock Minimum stay: 2 nights during low season. Around Christmas/New Year, the minimum stay is 4 nights, whereas during easter time and the remaining periods, the minimum stay is 1 week that is from Saturday to Saturday. The price includes: Water, gas, electricity, weekly change of towels and bed-linen, final cleaning, use of the garden, the swimming pool and barbecue. The price doesn't include: Extra bed (children under 2 years without any charge, children over 2 years € 30/week, it is not possible to add more than 1 extra bed in each apartment), heating, extra cleaning (€ 20 for 2-roomed apt.; € 30 for 3-roomed apt.), use of the washing machine and dryer (coins). Booking: In order to book definitely, it is necessary to send the credit card information plus a signed authorization including a copy of a document through fax. Any e-mails containing credit card information won't be accepted and immediataly cancelled. In case that the holidaymaker does not have a credit card, it is necessary to perform a down payment through bank transfer. The balance as to be paid at the moment of arrival by credit card or in cash form. Cancellation: In case of cancellation of the reservation before 45 days before the arrival date, the credit card will be charged with 10% of the total booking amount. In case that the cancellation takes place between 45 and 31 days before the arrival date, the credit card will be charged with 30% of the total amount. If the cancellation takes place between 30 and 16 days before the arrival date, the credit card will be charged with 40% of the total booking amount. If the cancellation takes place between 15 days and 1 day before the arrival date, the credit card will be charged with 50% of the total amount of the bookin. In case that the cancellation takes place the day of arrival, the credit card will be charged with 70% of the total booking amount. In case of "no show" without prior notice, the credit card will be charged with the total amount of the booking (100%). Credit cards: NOTE: Arrival after the last weekend of September between 14.00 - 17.00 pm. Remember to show your voucher-confirmation when you arrive at Le Torri. We will be able to receive you at the check-in in different hours if communicated before via e-mail or fax. It is possible to order a "first-day-supply" by e-mail in advance.
