From Genoa A12

1. Exit from the motorway at Viareggio and follow on the "Via Aurelia" towards Pietrasanta.

2. At the second roundabout (Via Italica) you should turn right. Follow the Via Italica until driving over a bridge and take the second road on your right, via del ciampino. Follow this road and you will arrive at a STOP sign, where you should turn right and from there follow the signs that will lead you to the B&B.

From Florence

1. Take the motorway A11 FIRENZE-MARE towards Pisa.

2. At Pisa Nord drive on the motorway A12 towards Genoa.

3. Exit at Viareggio and from the tollbooth drive on the "Via Aurelia" towards Pietrasanta.

4.At the second roundabout (Via Italica) you should turn right. Follow the Via Italica until driving over a bridge and take the second road on your right, via del ciampino. Follow this road and you will arrive at a STOP sign, where you should turn right and from there follow the signs that will lead you to the B&B.
