Apartments

The borgo fontana, the place where the farmhouse and the annexe are situated, is about 300 m from the villa away. 
There are 3 holiday apartments of different sizes, surrounded by a green garden and beautiful cypresses with a swimming pool. 
From the accommodation it is possible to view the villa and the marvellous surrounding hills. 
All the apartments have their own private outside space in the garden and are equipped with a safe.

  Apartment Fontana 1 (6+1 pers.)

The apartment is subdivided over two floors and ocmposed as follows:
Ground Floor

• living-room with kitchenette, dining-room, satellite TV and fireplace

Upper Floor

• kitchen

• 3 double rooms with the possibility to add another bed

• bathroom with shower

  Apartment Fontana 2 (8 pers.)

The apartment is subdivided over 2 floors. The apartment si equipped with air condition and composed as follows:
Ground Floor

• living-room with kitchenette, dining-room, satellite TV and fireplace

Upper Floor

• 4 double rooms

• 2 bathrooms with showers

Fontana 1 and 2 have gas ovens as heating.

  Apartment Fienile (2+2 Pers.)

The apartment has just been restored and is located in the annexe beside the farmhouse. The apartment is equipped with air-condition and central heating.

Ground Floor

• living-room with satellite TV, sofa bed (2 pers.), table and chairs for dining

• small kitchen

• bathroom with shower

• bedroom
