Description

The apartments of Miramare Suites*** are situated on the seafront of the small seaside resort Marina di Cecina, on the Etruscan Coast in Tuscany. Marina di Cecina is situated approximately 40 km south of Livorno and 60 km south from Pisa.
There are 2 one-roomed and 9 two-roomed apartments available, all provided with most modern equipment such as air conditioning, tubs with jacuzy, satellite TV and flat screens, sky-tv and furnished with great care in the navy style, similar to Hotel Tornese, a few metres away and of the same property.

At Hotel Tornese there are also several services such as pizzeria, restaurant and the particular roof bar Terrazza Cairoli for special evenings.
The sand beach (right in front of the accommodation), has both, bathing establishments as well as free, public beaches.
The small seaside resort Marina di Cecina, belongs to the nearby town Cecina. At the beginning of the last century were built some Art Nouveau villas of well-to-do people that were forming the then Marina di Cecina.

In the beginning of the sixties, with the increase of tourism, hotels and other holiday accomodations were built and services esablished. Today we find a small resort, vivacious during the summer and calm in the winter, with the typical mild Mediterranean climate.
Those who love to discover those typical hilltop villages in Tuscany, can visit the nearby villages Bibbona, Bolgheri, famous for the kilometer-long cypress-lined road and the superb wine, Castagneto Carducci, Suvereto, Populonia on the  Gulf of Baratti... 
Day trips can be made to the most important places of art and culture in Tuscany, such as Pisa, Lucca, Florence, Siena, Volterra and San Gimignano.
