Special offer for your summer holidays, holiday apartments on the sea: stay 7 and pay 6. Well-cared apartment-suites on the seafront of the small seaside resort Marina di Cecina, on the Etruscan Coast in Tuscany, about 40 km south of Livorno and 60 km south from Pisa. There are 2 one-roomed and 9 two-roomed apartments available, all provided with most modern equipment such as air conditioning, tubs with jacuzy, satellite TV and flat screens, sky-tv and furnished with great care in the navy style.

BOOKING CONDITIONS - MIRAMARE SUITES :
Arrival	From 16.00 until 19.00 o'clock

Departure	Until 10.00 o'clock

Minimum Stay	1 night in low season, 1 week (sat./sat.) peak season.

The price includes	Elettricity, final cleaning, bed linen and towels with weekly change, aria condizionata.

The price doesn't include	Cot (EUR 20/week), extra linen (EUR 9/week), extra cleaning (EUR 35 for 1-roomed flat, EUR 45 for 2-roomed flat).

Booking	30% at the moment of booking through bank transfer or credit card. The balance has to be paid at the moment of booking.

Cancellation	In case of cancellation of the reservation, the down payment won't be paid back.

Deposit	150 Euro to be deposited in cash form at the moment of arrival.
