BOOKING CONDITIONS - IL CONVENTO DI MONTE POZZALI Arrival: From 17.00 until 20.00o'clock Departure: Until 10.00o'clock The price includes: Towels, bed linen (incl. weekly change), gas, electricity, water, final cleaning for weekly stays, kitchenware. The price doesn't include: Extra bed (EUR 12/day, EUR 80/week), cot (EUR 5/day, EUR 30/week), heating, breakfast (EUR 7 for adults, EUR 5 for children 5/10 years, dinner (EUR 20 for adults, EUR 12 for children 5/10 years; drinks not included), final cleaning if stay is less than 1 week (EUR 20). Cancellation: In case of cancellation of the reservation, the deposit will only be paid back, in case that Montepozzali was able to occupy the apartment again. Deposit: EUR 150 to be deposited on arrival. Credit cards: NOTE: On reservation guests can have dinner or breakfast at the accommodation's restaurant.
