BOOKING CONDITIONS - PODERE OSTICINO :
Arrival	From 16.00 until 19.00 o'clock
Departure	Until 10.00 o'clock
Minimum Stay	1 week
The price includes	Linen and towels, electricity, water, gas.
The price doesn't include	Air-condition (20.00 Euro/day), heating (according to the consumption).
Booking	At the reservation it is asked a 30% down payment. The remaining 70% should be paid by cash on the arrival.
