BOOKING CONDITIONS - FATTORIA LA NUOVA PIEVANELLA Arrival: From 16.00 until 19.00o'clock Departure: Until 11.00o'clock The price includes: ROOMS: taxes, breakfast and free use of the whole Pievanella infrastructure (pool, sauna, tennis- und volleyball court, library, billiard, table tennis, etc.) APARTMENTS: rental, wood for the fireplace, final cleaning, weekly linen change and consumption (except telephone), pool, sauna, tennis- und volleyball court, library, billiard, table tennis, etc.). The price doesn't include: Telephone Booking: For the apartments or the rental of more than 5 rooms a 50% of the total must be paid in advance until 4 weeks before the arrival. La Pievanella is quite flexible as far as regards last minute. For room reservations normally is the credit card information as guarantee enough. Cancellation: Until 2 weeks before the arrival, free. After that a 50% of the total amount must be paid. Deposit: Only for the apartments. The price of one week stay should be deposited that will be balanced on the end of the stay with the total amount. Upon request also a credit card authorization is possible. Credit cards: NOTE: It is offered a restaurant service with menù à la carte (in the summer on the terrace). It is also possible to arrange seminars, workshops or cerimonies and to rent the whole villa. On the farm there is also a shop with Pievanella products, internet point and a small cinema. Dogs are normally allowed in the apartments and can stay on the terrace during the dinner. They are not allowed in the Pievanella Villa, but in front, within the Tramonto building there is a double room, where dogs can stay with their owner.
