For the apartments or the rental of more than 5 rooms a 50% of the total must be paid in advance until 4 weeks before the arrival. La Pievanella is quite flexible as far as regards last minute. For room reservations normally is the credit card information as guarantee enough.

It is offered a restaurant service with menù à la carte (in the summer on the terrace). It is also possible to arrange seminars, workshops or cerimonies and to rent the whole villa. On the farm there is also a shop with Pievanella products, internet point and a small cinema. Dogs are normally allowed in the apartments and can stay on the terrace during the dinner. They are not allowed in the Pievanella Villa, but in front, within the Tramonto building there is a double room, where dogs can stay with their owner.
