Podere Casanuova offers 5 holiday apartments of different type with a beautiful view over the Tuscany landscape and some also over the towers of San Gimignano. 

All the apartments have their own private outside space. Those on the ground floor directly in front of the apartment, whereas those on the first floor are in front of the house. 
The apartments are beautifully furnished in the typical Tuscan country style with antique furniture, faithful to the taste and the possibilities of the time. The accommodations are all equipped with kitchen, furnished with all mods and cons, linen, living room with comfortable sofas, satellite TV, heating and burglar alarm. It is possible to add an extra bed. The bathrooms are equipped with washbasin, w.c., bidet, shower, towels and washing-machine. 

Every apartment is called after a colour, in order to create a very particular atmosphere: blu of the sky, green of the countryside, yellow of the sun, red and lilac of the sunset. 

The apartment CAESIUS can accommodate from 3 to 5 people. It has a surface of 78 m² and is composed of:

• bathroom with shower

The apartment VIRIDIS can accommodate from 4 to 6 people. It has a surface of 98 m² and is composed of:

• kitchen-living room

• double room

• twin bedroom

• bathroom with tub

• bathroom with shower

The apartment GILVUS can accommodate from 3 to 5 people. It has a surface of 78 m² and is composed of:

• cucina

• soggiorno

• camera matrimoniale 

• camera singola

• bagno (doccia)

• resede 

The apartment RUBER can accommodate from 2 to 4 people. It has a surface of 70 m² and is composed of:

• cucina-soggiorno

• camera matrimoniale

• bagno (doccia)

• resede

The apartment VIOLACEUS, furnished with a piece of furniture in the Tuscan country style containing a kitchen, has a surface of 40 m² and can accommodate 2 people. In the room there is also a double bed and a dining table. The apartment goes onto a beautiful portico that overlooks the beautiful landscape and the swimming pool. The portico can function during the summer months as living room.
