From Rome (Motorway) Autostrada A1 
 
1. Exit at Val di Chiana and follow on the SS71 towards Siena.

2. Near Siena, follow towards Florence.

3. Exit at Poggibonsi and from here follow towards San Gimignano.

4. When you arrive at San Gimignano there is a roundabout, where you should drive towards Volterra.

5. After 300 m driving down the road, turn left, towards Montauto. Drive down the road and after a few metres you will find some cypresses along the road, where you should turn right. Stay on this road that from now on becomes a dirt road, until you will see Podere Casanuova on the left-hand side (about 5 minutes from the cypresses).

From Bologna/Firenze Autostrada A1

1. Exit at Firenze Certosa and take the Highway (Superstrada) towards Siena.

2. Exit than at Poggibonsi Nord and follow towards San Gimignano.

3. When you arrive at San Gimignano there is a roundabout, where you should drive towards Volterra.

4. After 300 m driving down the road, turn left, towards Montauto. Drive down the road and after a few metres you will find some cypresses along the road, where you should turn right. Stay on this road that from now on becomes a dirt road, until you will see Podere Casanuova on the left-hand side (about 5 minutes from the cypresses).
