Podere Gli Olmi is situated in a central position, a few minutes from the sea of the Etruscan Coast and near to the highway to reach easily the Maremma towards south, Livorno and Pisa towards north.
Podere Gli Olmi an antique farmhouse has been carefully restored, trying to maintain the original style made of terracotta tiles and stone. The accommodation is composed of two buildings: the main building and the stables, now holiday apartments. It is a family run business: Raffaele has personally cared the restoration works of the whole structure, whereas Sabina, his wife, was responsible for the administration job. The two are assisted now by other family members and some employees.

In the main building on the ground floor, there are the reception, bar, kitchen and the particular dining room, where they recuperated entirely the antique stone and brickwork, bringing them back to the original splendour. On the first floor, there are six rooms with bathroom: also here is prevailing brickwork and stone. The rooms have been furnished with great care and taste, opting for elegant furniture.
Every room has different colour completely matching the accessories with the dominant colour of each room. Nearly all the rooms have 2 windows and are therefore very bright.

Inside, there is a double bed and on the garret there are other 2 single beds.
The apartments, 2 one-roomed and 4 two-roomed, are situated in the old stables, but as it is the same structure, also here are prevailing brickwork and stone. In order to obtain a lighter furnishing, ideal for small families with children, modern style and Tuscan country style have been skilfully combined. Both, apartments and rooms are equipped with air condition, safe and satellite TV. Outside, a park with children's playground, swimming pool (size 10x20m, depth 1.40-3m) with springboard and sun terrace around.

In the morning is served a rich breakfast buffet in the characteristic dining room (can be also booked by the apartment guests) with a great choice of fresh products. For dinner, it is possible to taste the typical Tuscan cuisine, accompanied by genuine local wines. Particular regard is used in the choice of products, which are mainly bio-fruits and vegetables, oil and meat from local producers. The area offers a wide choice for sports and outside activities: walking and hiking in the green hills around; bike rental on the spot for level and steep routes; nearby it is also possible to have riding lessons or to ride between the sea and the pinewood.

Nearby the famous white beaches of Vada (4 km) with the turquoise water in front or the rocky coast towards north with the beaches of Romito, or towards south, near Cecina the Mazzanta and Gorrette beaches. Everywhere it is possible to make sailing and windsurf courses.
Because of the ideal geographic position, one can easily reach the worldwide famous towns of art and culture in Tuscany. In fact, Podere Gli Olmi distances only 20 km from Bolgheri, 40 km from Pisa and Volterra, 70 km from Lucca and San Gimignano, 110 km from Siena and Florence.
