TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARRIVAL Between 4 and 8 pm. In case of delay, please advice. DEPARTURE until 10.00 a.m. THE PRICE INCLUDES Rooms: Overnight stay with breakfast, air condition. Apartments: towels and bed linen with weekly change. THE PRICE DOESN'T INCLUDE Rooms: Telephone, extra linen upon request, extra bed, dinner upon request (menu € 22/person, drinks excluded). Apartments: Telephone, cleaning, breakfast and dinner, air condition, heating, animals (€ 5/day), final cleaning (€ 35), dinner upon request (menu € 22/person, drinks excluded), breakfast (3,50 Euro, to be paid on the spot). BOOKING In order to book definitely, we ask a 30% down payment through bank transfer. CANCELLATION In case of cancellation of the booking within 30 days before the arrival, the down payment won't be paid back. SECURITY DEPOSIT Only for the apartment rental is requested a 100 Euros security deposit that has to be deposited on the arrival.
