BOOKING CONDITIONS - PODERE GLI OLMI Arrival: From 16.00 until 20.00o'clock Departure: Until 10.00o'clock Minimum stay: During the high season (D) for the rooms 3 days and for the apartments 4 days. The price includes: Rooms: Overnight stay with breakfast, air condition. Apartments: towels and bed linen with weekly change. The price doesn't include: Rooms: Telephone, extra linen upon request, extra bed, dinner upon request, supplement for half board (€ 18.50). Children 0-2 years free, 3-8 years 50% discount, from 9 years on 30% discount, 3rd and 4th bed for adults 30%. Apartments: Telephone, extra cleaning and extra linen, final cleaning (€ 40), breakfast and dinner, air conditioning (€ 80/day), heating, animals (€ 5/day), dinner upon request, breakfast (6 Euro, to be paid on the spot). Booking: In order to book definitely, we ask a 30% down payment through bank transfer. Cancellation: In case of cancellation of the booking within 30 days before the arrival, the down payment won't be paid back. Deposit: Only for the apartment rental is requested a 100 Euros security deposit that has to be deposited on the arrival. NOTE: Pets (only small ones) are allowed only in the apartments (5 Euros/day).
