From the motorway A12 LA SPEZIA

1. Motorway A 12 La Spezia-Rosignano Mmo.

2. The motorway ends at Rosignano Marittimo. From there take the highway SS1 towards Grosseto-Roma.

3. After a few minutes exit at Vada.

4. Drive then towards Cecina. After about 1,5 km turn left into Via Tronto.

6. Continue for about 800 m and Podere Gli Olmi is situated on the right-hand side.


From Rome

1. Motorway A12 Roma - Civitavecchia.

2. Highway SS1 Aurelia towards Grosseto - Livorno.

3. Exit at Cecina Nord.

4. Drive then towards Volterra. After about 400 m take the second road left (Via Gorizia).

5. Follow straight on up the hill, after about 800 m turn left into Via Tronto.

6. Podere Gli Olmi is situated nearly at the end of this road, on the left-hand side.
