Apartments

Podere San Giuseppe is composed of 19 characteristic and well-finished holiday apartments. The apartments are situated within the old farmhouse and in two other, more recent buildings.
Those that are situated in the farmhouse can be situated both on the ground floor and on the first floor, whereas those of the other buildings are all located on the ground floor with veranda. The furniture is in the traditional Tuscan countrystile, made of solid wood and terracotta floors. Every apartment is equipped with colour TV and a few satellite channels as well as air conditioning. In the common room, there is also a satellite TV at the guest's disposal.

1 roomed flat "A3" beds
Situated on the ground or on the first floor, are composed as follows:

• living area with cooking corner, sofa bed (2 pers.) and chair-bed (1 pers.)

• bathroom with shower

• ground floor apartments: veranda with garden furniture for outside dining, first floor apartments: possibility to use the common room with a large fireplace and TV-SAT
• possibility to add a cot

 
2 roomed flat "B4" beds
The apartments are situated on the ground floor and are composed as follows:

• living room with cooking corner and sofa bed (2 pers.)

• double room, separated from the living room through a sliding door or a separating piece of furniture

• bathroom with shower

• veranda with garden furniture for outside dining

2 roomed flat "C4" beds
The apartments are on the first floor and are composed as follows:

• living area with cooking corner and sofa bed (2 pers.)

• double room

• bathroom with shower

• possibility to use the common room with a large fireplace and TV-SAT
• possibility to add a single bed or a cot

2 roomed flat "D4" beds
The apartments are on the ground floor and are composed as follows:

• living area with cooking corner and sofa bed (2 pers.)

• sleeping area, separated from the living area through a sliding door with double bed

• bathroom with shower

• possibility to use the common room with a large fireplace and TV-SAT.

2 roomed flat "E5" beds
The apartments are situated on the ground floor and are composed as follows:

• living area with cooking corner and sofa bed (2 pers.)

• bedroom with double bed and chair-bed (1 pers.)

• bathroom with shower

• veranda with garden furniture for outside dining
• possibility to add a single bed or a cot

2 roomed flat "F5" beds
The apartments are situated on the ground floor and are composed as follows:
