Agriturismo Poggio delle Conche is situated near Pitigliano in the hills of the Maremma Tuscany and composed of 4 charming apartments for 2 up to 4 persons. The apartments are equipped in the typical Tuscan countrystyle, using everywhere precious materials such as tufa stone, travertine marble, terracotta, chestnut wood, wrought iron, stone fireplaces... Each apartment is equipped with satellite TV, air conditioning, heating and outside space in front of the apartment. The farm is surrounded by the typical countryside of the Maremma Tuscany and the farm's vineyards. Underneath the farmhouse, the swimming pool with an enchanting view over the valley underneath.

Watching from the pool, the apartment takes the right angle of the farmhouse on the ground floor. It has a huge porch starting from the entrance over the angle to the living and sleeping area. This ground floor apartment is composed as follows:

Apartment Ciliegiolo 2 pers.
Watching from the swimming pool towards the farmhouse, the apartment is situated on the ground floor of the right-hand side, underneath the farm vineyards. In front of the entrance, there is a nice porch, viewing the swimming pool and the beautiful vally underneath. This ground floor apartment is composed as follows:

• huge living room with nice sofas in front of the fireplace, from where leads a winding staircase up onto the gallery with two single beds

• small kitchen

The apartment is situated on the other side of the farmhouse, viewing the farm's vineyards and the beautiful surrounding countryside. This apartment is composed as follows:

Apartment Malvasia 2-4 pers.
The apartment is situated on the upper floor and therefore enjoys a beautiful panorama over the whole surrounding countryside. An external staicase is leading up to the apartment. The apartment is composed as follows:

• bedroom

• bathroom with shower

• huge, panoramic terrace

• the apartment can be rented together with another double room with private bathroom and independent entrance from the terrace. Therefore, the apartment can offer space or for 2 or for 4 persons. Naturally, this room can also be rented alone or with any of the other apartments.
