BOOKING CONDITIONS - POGGIO DELLE CONCHE :
Arrival From 15.00 until 16.00 o'clock
Departure Until 10.00 o'clock
Minimum Stay 2 nights.
The price includes Towels, bed linen, electricity, gas for cooking, water, use of the swimming pool (May until end of September).
The price doesn't include

Heating (on consumption), extra bed (€ 20), final cleaning (€ 20), final cleaning with pets (€ 30).
Booking

30% down payment through bank transfer. The balance has to be paid on the arrival by cash or with credit card.
Cancellation In case of cancellation of the reservation, the down payment won't be paid back.
