Apartments

There are three farmhouses, each with own swimming pool, surrounded by cypresses, lavender and vast fields: La Capannina, a small house, Farmhouse Pratini with 2 Holiday Apartments in the manor house and 2 mini-apartments in the annexe and last, Farmhouse Ruffilli with 2 Apartments.
The houses are built in the typical Tuscan style with natural materials such as stone, terracotta and wooden beams, trying to maintain the typical rural style. Every accommodation has a very spacious rooms and its own space in the garden.

CASA PRATINI

APPARTAMENTO LAVANDA (5 pers., 85 sq.m.)
The apartment is situated in front of the swimming pool and is composed of:

• spacious kitchen

• comfortable living-room

• double room

• bedroom with three beds

• huge bathroom with shower

APPARTAMENTO ROSMARINO (7 pers., 110 sq.m.)
The apartment is situated in front of the swimming pool and is composed of:

• spacious living-room

• kitchen

• 2 double rooms

• bedroom with three beds

• 2 bathrooms with shower

MINI-APARTMENTS MENTA AND PAPAVERO (2 Pers. + 1 child, 40 sq.m.)
In the former barn of the Pratini farmhouse, there are 2 brand-new and charming mini-apartments, each for 2 adults and 1 child available. Both do also have an outside space for outside dining in the garden. The apartments are composed as follows:

• living room with kitchenette, satellite TV and sofa bed

• double room

• bathroom with shower

The washing-machine is in common use at Pratini. All apartments at the Pratini farmhouse are equipped with satellite TV.

CASA CAPANNINA

CASA LA CAPANNINA (4 pers. +1 child, 75 sq.m.)
The small house, once used as a stable, is situated underneath the manor house. Part of the house is also a private swimming pool. La Capannina is equipped with TV, electric oven, microwave, toaster, CD-Player:

• charming living-room with fireplace

• kitchen

• double room

• twin bedroom

• 2 bathrooms with shower

• store-room with washing-machine 

• huge garden with terrace where one can dine

CASA RUFFILLI

About 6 km away is situated the farmhouse Casa Rufilli eqiupped with a brand-new swimming pool with jacuzy (5x10 m) and a marvellous view over the "Colline Volterrane". 
As the farmhouse is subdivided in only two apartments, it is ideal for two families of friends that would like to pass a holiday of absolute privacy.
A huge garden is around the house with olive trees and cypresses. Furthermore there is a barbecue and outside spaces for dinner. There is a washing machine for common use. Heliantus and Laurus are equipped with satellite TV and central heating.
 

APARTMENTO HELIANTUS (4+1 child, 70 sqm.)
Heliantus is situated on the ground floor, with a nice portico and is equipped as follows:

• spacious and bright living room with kitchenette
• two double bedrooms
• bathroom with shower
• beautiful shed for outside eating

APARTMENT LAURUS (5-6 pers., 85 sq.m.)

The apartment Laurus is situated on the first floor and can be accessed through outside stairs. The apartment is equipped as follows:

• kitchen

• living-room with fireplace and an enchanting view over the landscape

• 2 double rooms

• one single room with the possibility to add another bed

• bath with shower
